Check In/Check Out
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m./Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you have a special departure request or spa appointment that may alter your timely check-out, please speak to a Spa Associate when making reservations. Please request late check-in if you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm.
Deposits/Cancellations
A one night deposit per room is required at the time of your reservation. Cancellations require 7 days advance notice (December and Festival reservations require 14 days). As a boutique property, cancellations significantly affect us. No refunds will be made for cancellations with notice of less than the required number of days, unless the room is booked by another party for all reserved dates. No shows and cancellations not within the policy will be charged for all room nights reserved - no exceptions. We are unable to accept email cancellations, please contact the spa by phone.
No Smoking
Solstice Spa, Suites and surrounding outdoor garden areas are all smoke-free. Our priority is to keep indoors and outdoors fresh for all guests. Guests and/or visitors of guests who elect to smoke will be charged a minimum $150 cleaning fee on their bill. Children
We are an adults only facility. Pets
We regret that we are unable to accept pets. Guests who bring pets into the suites will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $150 on their bill.
