Our Ayurveda-inspired* body treatment includes a traditional dry body exfoliation,  Ubtan herbal masque (chickpea, rice and yogurt powder, herbs, Amla, Ashwaganda, Brahmi, Neem and Tulsi- infused oil with Sandalwood, Clove & Rose essential oils), massage of the lower leg and foot and a hydrating application of our custom-blended Sweet Orange/Vanilla/Cardamom/Basil lotion to calm and balance stressed skin and nerves.

This 5,000-year-old scientific system correlated its findings through the comparison of the human being and the natural world. The basic principle of Ayurvedic therapy is to remove impurities from the body, eliminating the physical and emotional toxins that accumulate as a result of daily life. While Ayurvedic beauty regimens such as exfoliation, hydration, cleansing, and massage are common, the products and methods used are different from most spa treatments. Our Ayurvedic treatments are holistic and organic, and ingredients used in the therapies include herbs and other natural foods.

and Western traditions in a treatment that refreshes and stimulates circulation in support of healthy feet

and an energized body. Includes algae extract scrub/foot mask and signature Tibetan Bowl foot ritual
