Appointments
Advance
reservations are recommended to best accommodate appointment requests. Appointments are available
between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily. A credit card is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Please remember that our staff has reserved this
time to care for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we
request 24 hour notice. Appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice will
be charged.
Groups require additional notice;
please inquire when booking.
All Guests
Arriving
promptly allows time to change into a comfortable robe, enjoy an unhurried
hot or cold beverage, a luxurious
foot soak and complete a brief medical history
profile. Please
advise us of any special medical conditions or health concerns.
To receive
the full benefit of your spa experience, please arrive on time. As a courtesy
to the next guest, late arrival
will result in a shortened or rescheduled spa
treatment. (See our cancellation policy, below.)
Special Considerations
With the utmost respect for your
comfort and relaxation as well as others’, we ask that you please refrain
from bringing children, pets, cell phones or pagers to the spa. (We will
gladly check your phone or pager at the front desk so that your treatment may
be free from outside distractions!)
Please refrain from bringing any
valuables to the Spa. We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or
damage of personal articles.
Gift
Certificates
Solstice gift certificates are
available in any dollar amount and may used for Spa Service, Spa Suite and
Spa Boutique purchases. Choose from one of our packages or create a
customized experience. Gift cards are beautifully presented
in a
copper metallic envelope bearing our distinctive Solstice Spa label and may
be used in our spa, suites or boutique.
Gratuities
Gratuities are graciously
accepted. For groups of 3 or more, an 18% gratuity will be included.
